Went to ascend on 28th Street for the first time today. Got 2 3.5 gram jars of road rage batter dabs. Was told yes they are batter.
When I got home and opened one I was not happy!!!! I received runny sauce dabs. I told the budtender im a crumble batter guy and that I hate sauce so needless to say I won't be back. 1 time and done.

Their selection is extremely lacking, and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The management is mostly unhelpful especially the GM who seems very preoccupied with stroking his *** in the back office rather than helping out his employees. I would stay far away from this place if you wish to not support the worst parts of the cannabis industry.

Stopped in around 6pm and was greeted by the receptionist and she gladly said we would get a free preloaded chillum for our first visit (SCORE!). And then got onto the sales floor and I don't remember the gentleman's name but he took our order and answered questions we had about the products. Being a dispo employee it was nice to gain more knowledge from others in the industry. We picked up some cbd massage oil, some wana quick gummies, and some infused toothpicks that I haven't found where we are from. I'd recommend this location to others passing thru GR.

I just went in to pick up an order I placed earlier today, the bud tender assisting me had an issue with the system so the manager LaQuanda came over to assist and was very rude. She definitely needs to NOT be in customer service if that's the way she treats people. I could understand if I was being nasty or raising my voice but that couldn't be further from what happened. This experience was definitely not the norm, but I can't say I would recommend this location to anyone because of her.

We would come in here once a week and spend about $400 on rosin and edibles. Sometimes a rosin pen here and there. I usually don’t buy the pens because they break easily and they’re over priced. Decided to buy a rosin pen. The bud tender said “you have 72 hours to exchange it”. Sure enough i get home and the pen doesn’t work. I throw it out and go in the next day. I lost my receipt but I’m aware my order is in the system as a former employee there. The manager tells me we can step outside so she can review my pen to see if it’s broke? I told her it was thrown out. She was very rude and didn’t treat me as a valued customer. She ended up giving me a card to call. I called the card 10+ times they don’t answer once. What a joke of customer service over $40 pen. We won’t be back..
