Recently returned to purchase a go-kart after having such a positive experience purchasing my zero turn there. My salesperson was Brandon both times. He was very helpful and friendly. He never got annoyed with me wanting to see just about everything they had, and be able to sit on them, and ask 1 million questions. He was great with explaining the finance options to me and how everything worked making sure I knew all of my options. I would definitely return and make my next purchase with him.

Bought a kubota tractor and was told it was serviced and all filters have been changed. Took it to kubota and filters was stopped up. Didn't have it a month. They pressure washed the hydraulic oil of the leaky cylinder that started leaking after 2 days of having. 3 days of having it it wouldn't start and a switch they said they would replace they never did. I have spent more money working on it then I make in payments. I know it's used but they said they checked it top to bottom. After a month working on it I asked about trading it in for a new one and it went from almost 15,000 to 8,000. I try to buy local but definitely won't buy from here again. I'm now making payments on a tractor that won't run. Very disappointed. They was very good at hiding what was wrong and not making it right

He always either answered his phone or called us back promptly. Today we picked it up and she’s a BEAST! We can’t wait to put her to the test. Brandon sold us our tractor. He was helpful, attentive and knew what he was talking about. No pressure, just good advice. He was willing to deal and they were more than fair. We had to wait on a remote for the backhoe and he ended up getting a dual remote instead of a single and did not charge us for the extra expense. He kept us informed on the delivery date and we were more than pleased with him and the entire process.

Previous contact retired/owner retired, so started working with new owners/sales to replace broken parts on my older Kioti LK3054. Luckily, they had a used parts tractor with required parts on the lot. Upon making arrangements to pick the unit up, they failed to honor our agreement, and refused to sell the tractor. At this time, I have a disassembled tractor sitting at another dealership, and now I have no parts to fix my tractor. In my opinion, I would be cautious dealing with Artrac Outdoors.

Their repair staff is AWESOME! Quick turn around. The mechanic listens and makes sure you get back a quality repair. He also shares knowledge with you to ensure a long running machine. He listened to me and was respective.

I purchased my first ever tractor here a few weeks ago. Everyone was very helpful and super friendly. If you're looking to buy a tractor or attachments for your existing tractor, definitely stop by there and pay these guys a visit.

The Clarksville terminal for Marten is not good. The girls that work there does not know the left hand from the right and as soon as you get signed on you’ll be sitting in your truck if you are not part of the group, you will not be getting decent loads just trying to save everyone some time ….. if I want to bring home 600 week that’s the place for u for sure I been there 5 years and new management came in and it’s gone downhill from there….
