I ordered a engine overhaul kit and three of the four liners had broken cooling fins. For a deutz engine. They sent me replacement liners and they arrived in perfect condition. There was no additional costs to me. Very good staff and good to work with. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Bought a hydraulic pump for a john deere 4030 August 12th installed and immediately was leaking tried reaching out to the company and have yet to be able to contact anyone for a refund. Also update they replied to my review and have yet to answer the phone or answer my email. Shitty company.

A one star review is way too much. Purchased an implement rim through Amazon from Arko. The wrong color was sent, the listing advertised as off white and silver was shipped. They refused to exchange for the correct color saying that none were available even though the correct color is still listed as available on Amazon. Very poor customer service at best. I guess I should have looked at customer reviews before I purchased, 2.8 says it all.

2/15/25 Arko has replied to my review (8 months later) saying they strive to provide excellent customer service.
The only action they offered me was return. They would not exchange to correct their error and at that point there had been a $15 increase to reorder. To me it felt like their bottom line was more important to them than customer service and correcting the wrong item color being shipped.

I needed an injection pump asap. I found this business on google and I could not have been more happier with the decision I made. The prices were extremely reasonable. The service was top notch. Ordered a set of 19 inch mower blades from Akro
through Amazon. Akro sent 21 inch blades that do not fit. Akro’s response was send them back. No offer to make it right until after I gave 1 star review. Even then
they never offered to pay for return freight and came across as what do I really need. Like it was on me for ordering the wrong blades. The blades they sent don’t look like the blades they advertised. Customer service , respect, and decency are non existent here
