TERRIBLE!!!! Worst online fish store you’ll find online. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. I ordered 12 forktail Rainbowfish and it took over 2 weeks for them ship and they ship them standard 2 day mail. I was shorted 1 fish so when the 11 fish arrived 6 were DOA and 1 more died within the hour. I was left with 4 fish that looked terrible. They only offer online credits on dead fish..like I would order from these FRAUD of a company again. BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Check the BBB they even have terrible reviews and bad reports there. This is legit the worse online business and needs to be shut down.

It's hard to find the type of fish I want nearby for my outdoor ponds, so I took a gamble here. My main concern was having fish come from Arizona to Maryland where surely the water was much colder come late March. The fish arrived all healthy and although I am sure many were shocked, they seem to have all survived in the 2-3 weeks since received. They are comingling with the other fish in the pond and eating when I feed them. I am so pleased, I ordered more fish as my large pond is pretty uninhabited this time of year.. the lilypads are just starting to grow to the top of the water, though our temps have heated up to the 60s - 70s during the day now. Glad I found this place. No complaints at all.

UPDATE

My plants are growing bigger.

Unfortunately most of the shrimp were eaten by other fish. The ones that were not, they are still doing well!

The black mollys are doing well. I have a variety of fish and didn't read up that they need a little different water parameters out of what the rest of my fish need. Well they are still actually doing well and even started having babies! Its awesome.

Again, try them out, they are good company.

-------Original Review Below

Just received my order that was $250 total. This was my first time ordering here despite reviews. Everything arrived perfect and no issues.

Seems like they got a bad rap from previous years, looks like they are doing right by their customers now.

I'd recommend ordering from here, no issues.

Just so people know what I ordered;
Some fresh water fish
Chery shrimp
Ghost shrimp
Snails
plants

I attached a photo of one of the plants and the black mollys, a few of the things i received.

Thanks again!

I ordered 7 fish and 4 of them were dead on arrival. The other 3 fish died within 3 hours of arrival. Overall very disappointed and will not order here again. Still no response on my dead on arrival form, but it doesn't matter. If I'm going to pay 50 dollars for overnight shipping again, I'll go somewhere else where the quality is better.

I ordered fish for my 29gallon newly established and cycled tank with 5 red eye tetras in it. Attempting to create a community tank. I went with king blue tetras (never seen ones like these and they were on sale), rasboras, tiger barbs, Chinese algae eater, 2 gouramis, kuhli loaches, and bala sharks. Before I get hate I quickly realized the bala sharks were a huge mistake and emailed the company asking for a substitution to cherry barbs. I received a very prompt response stating they will happily change the fish out which I was so happy about.

The order took a week and a half to arrive but that is my fault as I missed the Monday deadline and ordered on a Wednesday. The company 100% stuck to their mailing schedule, updated me along the way, and sent a tracking number promptly. My order arrived via 1 day usps packed well and all fish were healthy.

I was very pleasantly surprised as I was initially hesitant to order due to the questionable reviews but the great prices and fish choices convinced me to give it a try. I am so happy I did. This is day 3 and my fish are doing great. The tiger barbs are so gentle and not aggressive in any way. The company kept their word with the cherry barb substitution. The shipping was $59 but I think if you are looking for exotic fish you won't find at a pet store it is well worth it especially for the low price of some of these fish.

I am very happy with my purchase and will definitelly be ordering again in the future.

I ordered my snails on Sunday and they were here by Thursday, with regular shipping selection. The snails are currently cleaning their tank healthy and and happy. I'm already ordering more specialty snails because the first shipment was a test order from Arizona Aquatic. I'm happy with the test outcome.

Beware. Shipping / arrive alive guarantee costs more than majority of fish you are buying. Buy somewhere else that knows how to ship fish to arrive alive vs make you pay huge amounts to cover for high losses. Find somewhere with straight forward shipping and arrive alive guarantees.

Bought an expensive pleco twice. Was in shipping for less than 1 day each time. Both time the pleco was a large healthy looking fish and arrived dead. I have bought from other locations that the fish were in shipping for 4-5 days with not problems.

Customer service rep sole job seems to prove customers wrong and not compensate for anything. If you like drama, you found it.
