Been here over five hours waiting in a load that was supposed to be picked up when I arrived. All I ever get in answer is that they are waiting for the mill to finish the order and it could be anywhere from 2-7 hrs. Have to wonder why these people schedule pickup times when they know they never get orders done on time.

I think zombies work here!! I checked in at 2:45 the guy at the desk tells me your load is missing 3 pallets so just go ahead and write your # and I'll call you when ready 7:45 still nothing so go back in the same guys still he kind of got surprised when he saw me he goes OH IS THIS YOU ON MY CLIPBOARD I'm like yeah he says oh you know what your product just came out just back into # 5 I told him why don't you just say that you totally forgot about it I'm the only one here come on dude!!!!

Got in and out in 30 minutes. If you're gonna do a 10 hour break in the gravel lot across the tracks, it's a very busy train tracks at night. I counted 6 trains all night.
