Save yourself a lot of frustration and headaches, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We have to order 2 weeks in advance which isn't a big deal but when we go to pick up our order (driver won't come to our store, it's only 10 miles but he says it's too far) 9 times out of 10 nothing we have ordered is on the truck. The Driver blames the Company, the Company blames the Driver. The sales girls haven't a clue of what is going on. They just laugh as if it's all a joke. This has been going on for over a year, but we keep trying because we really need ice cream at our store and they are the only company that sells Nestle.

i would not recommend using this company for your ice cream service if you own a store, they talk about other vendors and than throw there products to the side to make theirs look good.. the customer service is even worse than u ever expect. they will tell u that they don't believe u when u have a complaint and than no one from the management ever comes to the store to discuss matters face to face...
