I hadn't been to Arby's in quite a while. Stopped in here while on a road trip and the food was really great. And even more than that, the employees were the best! A tearful elderly lady was having difficulty with her car. Her husband was contacted and while she was waiting, the staff made sure she got her food. Once her husband arrived, she got in his truck and one of the employees left driving her car while a second followed behind in his truck to give that employees a ride back! They went way out of their way to assist someone who needed help! Kuddos for being such caring members of your community!

I got 2 classic roast beefs and a French dip with crinkle fries. The fries were hot and crispy and the sandwiches were perfect. My French dip had just enough cheese to melt in my mouth and not a sloppy mess. I enjoy coming here because its very clean and the staff is friendly with great service.

A quick stop on my way to a "rescue" situation.
I wanted some quick nutrition and asked for a roast beef "double" on pita bread, and they came through with flying colors.
I sauced it up the way I like it, and it was an easy to eat quick shot of protein. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that is including the restroom break, which may have necessitated the stop 😆
I know I could have taken it with me, but I'm at an age that I no longer like to gobble things down and not remember what I ate. Food and service were both better than I was expecting.

I just picked up an order from Arby's on RT 60 next to Wendy. Normally, they have great sandwiches. This order of 1. 1/2 lb Roast beef is the worst Arby's sandwiche I have ever had in my entire life, and I'm 62 years old. The meat tasted old and burnt and the bun was wet. I give this as fair warming to future customers. Serving this type of sandwich to your customers will cost you in the end as I myself will never again spend a penny at that location. Extremely dissatisfied.

I usually love Arby's, but that was the worst chicken bacon Swiss sandwich I had ever gotten, there wasn't no meat, it was a patty of breading. The staff was acted like they were all high. Has stuff mixed up and forgot things, couldn't make a coherent sentence. Parking lot was a disaster. One of the few Arby's i will never go back to

Normally this arbys is really good but tonight my experience was nothing but terrible. It's one thing that my fries were cold big deal warm them up in the air fryer but the fact that we spent 50 dollars and the biggest sandwich we ordered was a double meat number one roast beef and cheddar. Get home and no cheese or arbys sauce on the sandwich at all. The cheese is in the name..

I had the BBQ brisket sandwich and it was amazingly delicious!!! 😋 The only issue and it really wasn't an issue was that there were not many people there at the time. My date and I did enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It would have been nice and romantic to maybe have some soft music playing in the background.
