Had a mama raccoon get into my crawl space with a baby. Dean was great..he explained different tactics to remove my unwanted houseguests. He followed up everyday checking on the traps and coming back on his way home to reset them. Hopefully I will not have to utilize them again but if so they will be my first and only call.

Jason provided excellent customer service by adding our request to the end of his day at the last minute. He was in the neighborhood for another job when I approached him for advice with our bee situation. He handled it immediately, I believe extending his normal working day. Hi I rate the experience as 5 stars. Dean, the pest guy is fearless about wasps, very informative, and just a nice person to talk with.
I have asked for a follow up visit as I am still getting some wasps in the house, at the same corners. All my screens are intact, etc. I know that nest was not in an easy spot, and I need full resolution.

Helped us understand what all his services were and how it worked. Explained what he was doing. Got our underground hornets nest dug out safely. What a relief and spayed for bugs and will check back with us. Told us to call if the hornets come back and he’ll come back for free.
