I remember when the customer service was top notch I was treated like a valuable customer. Alumilite was great to local creators but not so much anymore. Now I place an order and instead of getting it quickly it takes better than a week to arrive. (I live 10 miles away) Used to be one of the best companies I ever worked with but not so much anymore. I guess like most companies it’s about the money solely…too bad.

Awesome customer service, fast shipping and great resin products. I was contracted to make this river table on 12/10 and asked to have it done by Christmas. Because of the fast shipping, I had the epoxy the next day and was able to get started quickly and be able to make a customer happy by meeting his deadline. I will now be getting all my products from Alumilite. Other companies were taking 1-2 weeks to get my products. Thank you to all at Alumilite!

Terrible experience with this company. Will not be purchasing with them again. Not only did they miss "the delivery time and then deliver much later but they failed to mention that a 10 gallon kit of the product I ordered would arrive into 5 gallon containers. so now I've just spent nearly $700 on a product that is not as advertised on the website and will not fulfill my needs in the least. Terrible company.

I built my business around Alumilite products, and I now regret that choice. They discontinue products without notice because the private equity firm that owns them could care less about the little guy, all they care about is more profit and selling only the most popular products. Alumilite seems to be highly disorganized as a company over the last couple years. The tech support is of little help unless the answer is written on a card for them ahead of time. What a shame to see what this company has become compared to what it was.

Unlimited versatility of products. If you can imagine it they have the product to make it happen. Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful. I have an art studio and have used their resins for many projects. Lots of informational videos online. I highly recommend.
