I started shopping for a new weed eater.
I had never heard of (Efco) Al took time out of very busy day and gave me a education on the brand Efco.
He ordered 2 whips in for me to choose from, this is at the end of Sept.
Outstanding people and service is 2nd to none.

Yes, I will buy from them again.

Efco 2710s weed whip is excellent, great power, well balanced, starts easy.
Best bang for the buck,
I will buy a backpack blower come spring.
Efco 2710 is a beast!
It's than suitable for any homeowner or small commercial use it's truly outstanding.

We've been looking around for a tractor to take care of the few acres we have. I appreciated Al being personable and going above and beyond educating me about the LS tractor we were interested in. Al even provided me information well after hours and stayed on the phone well past the time they closed. I did not ever receive the pricing/quote I was looking for via email, but based on phone conversations it was out of the ballpark from other options. We did not purchase a tractor from here, but again we appreciate Al's willingness to help us learn more about the LS tractor.

Pleasant experience. Very nice people running a family business. Good in store selection of parts. Was driving by after hours and I noticed the light on inside. I stopped to see if he had a battery for my wife's truck it was 9 p.m. They opened the door and sold me a battery.
He even helped me install it. Been buying my parts there ever since.

Very very disappointed with the owner Al. I was there Saturday he gave me a quote on a zero-turn lawn mower and I told him I will be there Tuesday to pick it up so I called him Monday morning and he told me okay I'll have it ready for you on Tuesday. I told him I'll be there between 11am and 1 p.m. he said okay so I end up renting a trailer and driving 40 miles out to get there to find out that he sold it and didn't even bother calling me. I confirmed it with Al that I would be there between 11am and 1 p.m. on Tuesday. So when I get there Chris told me that Al's not here I told him I'm here to pick up a lawn mower he told me sorry I sold that on Saturday nobody bothered calling me and I confirm this with Al on Monday evening that I would be there between 11am and 1pm on Tuesday he said ok It will be ready for you. Come to find out Chris sold it and he was thinking that I was going to buy A different one from him horrible customer service!! Never again would I ever walk in that place again!!

Went in to ask a question and drop off a line trimmer to have repaired. The young man stopped what he was doing and took off the carburetor and cleaned it out right there on the spot. I'm a life long customer from this point on.

Had a hydraulic hose made there for a 305 cat excavator. Hose end blew off after 2 hours of use and cost me more down time and 10 galons of hydraulic fluid. They wouldn't do anything about it.
