Despite all that has happened, with the failed attempt to try to buy a new tractor, I still go there for parts and tractor Care Oil oil filter Etc to keep my old tractor running and working like new they always have what I need and if they don't they order it and the parts show up within days. Also, the people in the office and those who work behind the counter are super helpful, very polite. And very nice... maybe 1 day the owner will finally call me back so we can put this whole other matter behind us..?

Terrible customer service. Stood at one counter for nine minutes just to get told I was standing at the wrong counter. There were two guys sitting there working on their computers, doesn't take much to acknowledge a customer and see what they need. Tell me you'll be right with me at least.

Top notch service from Todd! Bought a tractor not too long ago from him and it was a simple transaction, he had everything I needed and more. Few days ago had a little leak on the tractor and Todd took it upon himself to load up his own tools and gear and fix the problem. He wanted to save me the hassle of loading up my big tractor and bringing it to them. He also was kind enough to bring the extra implements I had ordered from him! Genuinely great customer service. Going above and beyond like that speaks measures on a business, I will be sending everyone to him and alderman’s in Lennon for their tractor needs.

After having some time to evaluate my time there, There’s better places to support. Owner violates federal law/ workers rights, openly brags about firing an employee for just answering another employee’s question about how much he was being paid “that’s against the law” and threatened to fire me for taking a pay issue to my service manager after not being paid for a week. Tim Alderman’s illegal policy forbids you from “talking pay” with anyone that’s not him even though he’s always on some vacation and hard to get ahold of and the second in command is either at home or taking a nap in his office. Best choice I ever made was leaving that place. Again, There’s better family owned places to support, others aren’t that far away.

So sent cub cadet rider to get completely overhauled by Alderman's Service Department and the work they did was fine except they did not clean the machine and they did not test drive it. They delivered it and it sat in garage for 1 month before went to go use it. It would not drive correctly. The rod that connects to the hydro statics fell off also the cooling fan that attaches to the hydro statics was missing. I went to complain and was treated very badly they basically said I was lying because it was a month since they serviced it. I should have looked at it when delivered. Spent 1000 bucks and got ripped off I do not recommend going here at all. Was treated with so much disrespect I will not be returning. The service manager did not believe a word I was saying I understand their position but I expected them to at least listen to what I was saying but this was not the case. He immediately assumed I was lying about the issues. Place is a joke and they have no clue how to treat long time customers. I will never go back here. This was the Lennon location.

Just had my mower full serviced there get it home after close to $ 2000 in repairs just for the pto to not work anymore very dissatisfied with there service didnt have my mower for 3 weeks and didnt work when i got it back either
