The Poffertjes griddle is absolutely amazing. We bought it when we wanted to add them into our coffee shop after a trip to The Netherlands. The griddle has great even heat, cooks perfect and is SO easy to clean!

They refuse to answer my calls, texts, emails. They sent me a damaged product and are refusing to replace it. They offered 10% off a damaged mill that cost over 300 dollars. In the first place it’s absolutely ridiculous that was the offer and also not responding is just crazy. They have an answering service that is just a scam. Do not I repeat do not purchase from these scam artists.
