Alfa corporate... Alfa was good but know they turned to crap. The stole $113.13 from my account two days after I called and paid them. I was lied to about taking the money. Then they said they send it to me in a check 7-10 business days . They credit my account instead and that's without discussing it with me . IV been a customer for 20+ yrs with my parents and with our . So I'd say 10 with my parents and 10 without. Alfa says hometown feel except when they have to do their job. They will take your money with a hometown smile but if they have to pay you with a claim or give money back they won't do it without a fight.
And don't bother going to local agent they can't do anything for you.
