I come here for lunch because it's near my work. They have a good lunch special for $12 to cater to students since it's near SCU. It's pretty good if you like teriyaki chicken. I think this is dining in only, not sure if its available online to order.

I ordered the unagi handroll also and it was pretty good. The service was always nice when I'm here.

I ordered sushi rolls, miso soup and hamachi kama delivery.
I’ll start with the fact they didn’t put the rice and miso soups in the bag.
Sushi were tasteless, rice they used is not sushi-cooked rice.
But the worst part is a raw hamachi kama (photo attached). I had to put it in the oven to finish their “cooking”. I understand that you guys are cooking frozen fish for your dishes, but there should be at least some quality control.
I want you to look in the eyes of the one who put this hamachi kama in the box for delivery.

I tried the food truck today at the Stanford Research Park Hub. The poke is decent, but there are no options for toppings; no fried onion, green onion, tobiko, etc. From the time I stepped in line to when I received my order, 45 minutes had passed. They also forgot to add the spicy mayo, so I had to go back in line to get that. And when they added it, they covered the entirety of the bowl with it, including the lump of wasabi paste AND the sliced ginger. Just WAY too much. I had hoped they would just put it over the actual fish/crab. I would try the truck again, but there is no way I'm standing in line for 45 minutes again.

FOOD POISONING ALERT!!! Within hours of eating a salmon sushi roll from this restaurant, I began experiencing severe food poisoning symptoms, including vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and a high fever. I couldn’t sleep at all that night due to the discomfort. This was an extremely distressing and unhealthy experience, and I will be reporting this incident to the California Public Health Department for further investigation. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before dining here.

Good was fantastic, sashimi was very nice, and I really enjoyed the poke bowl, very generous amounts of food and good quality. Would come here and eat again

Great sushi spot right by campus! The indoor seating is there with a few tables and a bar that seats about 5-6 people. They were friendly and the service was fast! I will be making this a more regular place on my list. I had the lion king and the rainbow roll and both were good, and also really big size! Price was very reasonable as well!

I will absolutely never eat here. Whoever drives the akita sushi food truck needs to be ticketed and get off the road. We were on the freeway when they used the shoulder to cut a bunch of people off. They also stopped completely without putting their hazards. When we beeped at them they had the audacity to beep back. Just from this behavior I can tell the food will not be good and that the service will be atrocious.

I am happy I found this place, I am a big sushi fan and now I order sushi only from that place. Price/quality correlation is perfect, products are always fresh, sushi are not small and not too big, perfect size. I personally recommend you baked rolls Samurai, Omega❤️ for fresh salmon lovers and everything with crab, crab there is delicious and you feel it’s nice taste
