Appointment was at 7:30am I get in a door almost instantly. All they had to do was unload one pallet, something that should've taken 5 minutes. And here I am almost an hour past my Appointment time still sitting in the dock untouched when I should've been long gone and on my way to my next drop by now

My appointment is at 11:30 am checked in at my appointment time am the last one here waited to unload until 6pm . I asked them what’s happening they are saying they have others people before me and they are not done yet they are short handed period here. Not have enough people to do the job it’s happens here always .

I have appointment at 8am so I tried to check in at 7 am. It took long time for receiver to open the door maybe he couldn’t hear the door bell it’s very noisy inside around the receiving area. Otherwise it’s not a bad place to deliver, Got in and out in two hours. I parked on Kearn street (shipping side of the building) overnight there is plenty of space

Checked in but waited almost 4hrs to get a dock and unloaded. Kerns st is good to park, plenty of space to wait. Unloading went fast once docked though. Be careful Garmin doesn't know the street is blocked off by barriers on kerns and sempre viva rd on the west end. You have to find alternate route.

Love picking up here. Haven't ever waited more than an hour to get loaded 30 pallets. Even picked up a day early and was loaded in 30 minutes. Hard workers good job.

Receiving takes forever to open door when it says they open at 7am. They do not open until they feel like it. Do not bring loads here.

Nice professional people, Overnight parking available on the street. My appointment was @1:00 pm got there at 11:22 pm got empty at 11:42 pm.
