If you need to do a pest control exam be prepared for a lot of noise from the reception girls. They obviously don't care that your future is on the line.

the girl who answers the phone is very rude, she did not help me in what I was asking her, she did not let me ask her what I needed, she only answered me if you do not know I do not know and she hung up the phone. If they do not feel like working, they leave the job to someone who wants to do their job.
