Called twice today. First time I was on hold so long I was sent to a answering service and was assured that I would be responded to in 2 to 3 business days. Called again and finally got through. Needed a form sent in a different format and was informed that would be emailed to me by another department in 1 to 2 business days.
If the call volume is so big hire more people.
Some of us are busy people and don't have time to be on the phone or in front of a computer all day.

Really try to help their customers. They really do go above and beyond. So much can't be seen by clients. Policies under control of the agency are always done to benefit customers in general. Very adaptable to deliver government at hoc programs in a timely and effective way. Many employees stay with the company despite no upwards mobility in some cases, simply because they believe so much in the good they can do. And they really can work miracles. Note that they are an arms length government agency, and employees are not unionized.
