Ask for Oscar, Randy or Jim. We get Most of our parts for our disc blades, hydraulic hoses, or scraper teeth. They have a plethora or parts and knowledge on farm equipment you Could Use or Need.

I spoke to a parts person whose name is Oscar. The part I needed they didn’t show in their inventory. He said, I’ll call Bakersfield and get back to you. He called back in about 5 minutes and told me no luck. Then he called again in about 10 minutes and said “I found one”. He then shipped it on UPS and I had it the next day. This is great customer service. Got me outta a bind.

Bottom line is he went all in on solving my problem and got it done.

I read one of there Slogans they said they want to Earn the Right to sell me there Products .They have definitely Earned it .The were Courteous Knowledge about products and went Out of there way to get us going again .It's very hard to find that kind of Work atmosphere
