We have been in business since 1984, and one thing I have learned over this period is customers are always right, and you never turn down a paying customer no matter a circumstance. We have been doing 100-200 water samples a year and they refuse to take our water samples. They told me on the phone it's been this way for 20 years but couldn't give me a reason as to why. With this being said, I would suggest sending your water samples to a state lab. Testing equipment is top of the line along with customer service. Taking your water sample to a state lab has a lot more perks than your local independent lab, state labs report your water results and are shared with local health departments and kept on file to ensure our drinking water quality is maintained for as long as possible.

I work for a local company trying to get some water testing done. Had an employee go over there to get some water samples containers and they told us that They don’t do business with us, and when I asked why they couldn’t, they couldn’t give me a straight answer. All I was trying to do is support local businesses to make sure the economy stays healthy in our area and this is the response I get. Very unprofessional

Careful not to miss any information on your slip before dropping it off into the lunch box by the front door. They have all the info but they want you to write it down. Goodluck trying to call and get any help, very rude people. They have no problem charging you twice and will make take the whole test over again.

The people that run this company are rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and generally nasty human beings. In my 60 years I've never dealt was worse people. Honestly, with the way they speak to people, I'm surprised a person with violent tendencies hasn't assaulted them. It's almost like they are trying to cause confrontation. I'm guessing they are in business and tolerated because they provide a necessary service for some unfortunate businesses. Avoid at all cost if possible.
