A little area to park if needed, as other reviewer said "3 spots" . Very polite and prompt crew.
Easy backing into dock. I arrived after hours the night before appointment and parked in front of the dock. They arrived at 6 am eastern time and jump right on unloading truck. Doesn't seem to be a high volume facility so not a lot of trucks in and out. 1 usable dock in back. Would gladly deliver here again.
