My general contractor for our commercial kitchen prefers Action Sales and the rep James for equipment purchases. Now I understand why he prefers James! He is sweet and kind, very easy to talk to, and does an outstanding job of fulfilling what you need. We made changes to our order and also rescheduled the day of delivery, and there was nothing that James couldn't handle. Thank you James!!

We have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the customer service at this location, so I’ll keep it short & sweet. Shout out James for always giving us extra TLC when we visit (which seems to be every week now ? for our two food businesses). Brian, thank you for offering to test out the Vitamix blender models we had mixed thoughts about — we were able to buy 2 of what we needed for our boba shop! Both of these team members ensure our questions and concerns are addressed and that we have everything we need before we checkout.

Action Sales will forever have us as repeat customers and will send our fellow restauranteurs to this location!

This restaurant supply store is awesome. The customer service is beyond what any other store has even come close to. After going to a handful of other stores to equip my restaurant this place was a lifesaver. They sourced out items that they didn't have on hand. Saved me money and time and met all my budgetary needs. They also came by the restaurant on multiple occasions to make sure everything was running smoothly. Many of them also come eat at the restaurant to show their support and I found out through their other customers they often visit them as well. Truly, the best support for any restaurant.

The service was OK. The selection was good. The price was not good at all , I could save 50% if I order from Amazon. I need them by 5AM, too late for Amazon order
