Been with this credit union for over 20 years but today I finally hit my limit.

Time to look for a somewhere new that actually cares about the relationships they built over the 20 years.

Not sure if management has changed but i feel they are on the wrong path and have been for a few years.

Suggest you avoid and look for other options. There are many banks / credit unions out there who will treat you with respect and dignity after being with them for so many years.

I banked with them for 28 years. First Argonne Credit Union and now Abri Credit Union. Never had a problem. Prompt service. Will continue banking with them even though I now stay 2 hours away.

Until today I have been a customer for 34 years. There service has slowly gotten worse n worse over the years (I think due to new corp policies and high turn over rate) but today was the last straw. They would not let me deposit a corp check for $10 that was signed over to me while I had that person who's check it originally was, with me with ID in hand. And they tried to tell me it's never been allowed. I explained to them that I have done it through them dozens of times in the last 22 yrs. Still refused to deposit a $10 check for me. This is how they treat a customer of over 30 years. Good bye n good riddance!

I have been a customer of Abri for over 20 years now and part of the reason for staying that long is that their customer service is excellent and the best of any other bank I have ever used. In particular, I would like to call out Jamie Hogue and Kim Crossman for their support and professionalism helping my wife and I through a challenging refinance. I have no hesitation recommending Abri as the go-to for any mortgage and banking needs.

Have a very good experience with them! Great interest rates and service! Very professional stuff. Kevin was helping me to get auto refinance and Daya finished this process. I got response for 15 min.
