I am used to homemade flour-based dumplings but my wife needs to eat a gluten-free diet. We gave these a try and they are surprisingly good. Gluten-free food has come a long way but I was skeptical if they could recreate the crispy+chewy texture of an authentic pan fried dumpling. ABC Dumplings are incredibly delicious and have been a huge hit with my family! The best part is you cannot tell they're gluten free! The pork and chive and chicken and chive are my go-to. I have yet to try the vegetarian option, but will do so soon. Thrilled to finally have an amazing GF option for dumplings out there! I'm planning on stocking my freezer with them as easy weeknight dinners!
