I love this business the workers are vary helpful and knowledgeable and respectful they are a joy to do business with the manager julie chastain is a absolute joy to work with and she is vary helpful and respectful of your time the delivery driver and respectful and knowledgeable and professional people to help with set up the store is very clean I'm renting a few things from them and I actually enjoy giving them my money because the merchandise is top quality and very clean best rental store in olean 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

Julie always helps me.. she is my go to for anything.. she is pleasant and sensible to others specific needs.. very happy with all the service.. bought my sectional, my beautiful comfy bed, two tvs, two electric stoves, already and working on paying off our washer and dryer and our daughters bed.. next is we are in search for a laptop for our business.. thank you guys for everything

So I went in this month to get a bedroom set. First time ever renting furniture. Julie was who helped me pick out what I needed. I told her ideally I needed 2 dressers and what kind of mattress I'd want. She found me a beautiful 7 piece set that fits perfectly in our home! During the paperwork, I was a little scattered and in a rush. Julie was so understanding and super professional with my craziness. She got us all set up at a killer price with our payments and delivery. The guys who did the install were very kind as well. They answered all our questions. They were very friendly and kind to my 2 yr who wouldnt stay out of the way. Then to my surprise I got a follow up call asking how it all went and making sure the installation went smoothly! The customer service is seriously amazing at Aaron's. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! If you are thinking about renting and are unsure, seriously just call and ask for Julie.

So I could not get the online order on the Aaron’s website. It told me to call the store. I did and got Julie was wonderful she answered all my questions she helped me get the lease set up she found me a mattress set that was similar to the one I wanted and apparently the reason why I cannot do it online was because the product was being shipped from a different store. She was very very welcoming very warm she had a great personality she knew her job she just made me feel so comfortable doing this on all over the phone! so I would suggest if you were looking for a good place to do a furniture rental or anything like that I would definitely go to the Aaron’s in Olean New York ask for Julie!!!!!!!
