Stopped by AAA in Menlo Park to find DMV forms. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! No long lines. Courteous AAA staff member was able to answer my questions.

Although I have been a member of AAA for decades, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of roadside assistance I never received yesterday.
I called just after 2 pm from a good Samaritan's phone because I had locked my phone and my key inside the car. By 5 pm, it was getting dark and very cold (my coat was also locked in the car) and someone called the police who rescued me.
I am a 72 years old grandmother and this was a scary ordeal and lack of service.
Other roadside assistance insurances must have better services.

The front desk lady and IDP agent were both extremely friendly and helpful. Getting an IDP was extremely easy.

We were greeted at the door by a kind gentleman who told us where to go. We completed our DMV business in record time.

I came in today to take care of 2 of my vehicles that I have with AAA. I have a total of 4 vehicles with them and I just want to come in and see what I owe bc I had a few things on hold for my 2 vehicles. And hopefully settle them and get my tags. The front desk John was amazing great customer services looked happy to be there and than I was called by a young lady I don't know her name bc she didn’t really introduce herself and she seem very standoff. Like she was bored and didn’t want to be there. All the while the other clients next to me were having a great time getting their problems fixed. I had a horrible time bc I felt she was giving me you should know what this means when she handed me papers to my vehicles. I hated sitting across from her I got the info I needed and couldn’t wait to leave. I even forgot my phone. I was so mad I told John hey you set me up with the worst person here. Please hire people that are here to help us customers not preach to us on how we should know what is wrong with our vehicles. We came here to find out.

I come in once a month to pay for insurance. That's every 30 days and every time I'm greeted with a warm welcome with my name. Waiting time some days less than 10 others less than 5 minutes. Costumer service 10/5 stars.

UPDATE: This AAA location DOES have DMV services on Saturday but limited to registration, ♿️ placard, and title transfer. If you have any other questions just call them and ask.

I've always been a fan of this particular AAA from when it was in Palo Alto. This new one is very nice and more streamlined. It's so convenient to get DMV services and later today I'll find out if they do DMV on Saturday. I'll update if I can get my registration today. If you go there, be prepared to wait. It's usually pretty busy for the DMV services. Also, if you lost your handicap placard they can give you one right on the spot.
