Started off nice and saying they got a tractor back 2 weeks ago and agreed to us renting it next so as the next day rolled around I assumed id be getting a call which I did not so the foloowing day I called and she made excuses which I blew off as a red flag and thought she was telling me the truth when she said shed get it to us the following day well this process repeated itself several times. Not once did she ever call me back when she said she would and now im seeing why I usually rent from a different company in town (just branched out this one time because they didnt have the machine I was looking for) not hard to just be honest with people about when you can get them a machine. Well now that ive made all this effort they do not answer my calls. Understood if I blew someone off this many times id be embarrassed too but at least pick up the phone. Lesson learned, I will not be returning to A1

I’ve rented equipment 2 times, and it’s always been a great experience. The equipment is always serviced and ready to go to work. Best of all the people are awesome to work with. Only place I would ever think of renting.

Great customer service, rented a tractor twice here to cleanup property that was dumped on. Very easy to work with the staff, equipment is maintained and you don't need to sign your life away to rent here.
