As I “was” currently paying about $4400.00 per year in auto, boat & homeowners insurance coverage, felt it was time to compare rates. I had a few companies of which I wish to compare rates to and this being an independent agency, felt I could make one stop and get several quotes . Stopped in on a Monday morning, spoke with representative, explained my situation, provided copy of my current coverages ( thus being able to compare “apples to apples “, advised that I was not expecting them to run quotes awhile I waited, but afforded them time to conduct their research. Representative stated they would have me quotes available the next day ( Tuesday), of which was fine. Thursday midday rolls around with no response, called representative to inquire of status, was told would have quotes completed Friday morning. Friday afternoon received call from representative, stating it would be Monday morning for rate quotes. Received call shortly after noon Monday to advise of rates quotes being available, advised representative due to delays in providing quotes as stated, I looked elsewhere and have since secured new coverages . What else can I say
