This is the second time I've enjoyed the services of Norris Custom Meats. I was amazed by how much more meat I rec'd compared to a different Butcher I used prior to Norris, proving how much I was being ripped off by the other Butcher. Norris called me ahead of time to ensure everything was done to my specification and satisfaction. All beef was vacuum-sealed, clearly labeled, and frozen, prior to my arrival. When I got there, I opened my coolers and the young man transferred all the beef into them as requested, and I headed back home very satisfied... again!

By far the best, most professional and pleasant processor we have ever used.

First time having any kind of whole animal processed. A friend recommended Norris and I am glad they did. I spoke with Cal through the whole process as he helped me with what kind of cuts and sizes were best with the cow I had purchased. Everything was labeled and vacuumed sealed nicely. They even loaded all the meat into my coolers. Overall, a great family business that’s worth the using their services. And if you don’t bring your own animal for processing, they had giant coolers of various prepackaged local meat you could also buy. I am definitely bringing my next animal to them when the time comes.
