The guard is a nice enough person, but it would’ve been really nice if they would’ve called my company and said that they changed my appointment from 1500 on the 17th to the 1500 on the 18th. Nobody bothered to tell my company so guess who’s getting a layover pay. And I use the CPAP and can’t idol in California legally anyway oh well.

This place is a nightmare for the truck drivers. Checked in with security, and then checked in at door 49 in this green box of tin spent exactly 35 minutes to check in . Then it took them 3 hours to unload 4 pallets. Another 45 minutes to get the paperwork. Stay away if you can. I wish I could give them negative stars.

As of Feb 14 2022 this place is such a joke. Even tho broker is willing to pay more please avoid this place. 11am appt my first try was 10:30am guard shack made me come back at 11am and then I came back at 11am again they made me park on the street. Guard shack lady she is a extremely professional she knows how to talk with the truck drivers. After an hour got a phone call when I come inside that’s how the place look like everywhere drop containers and not enough room to park your truck. 9 years of trucking experience so far this is the worst place I have ever encounter with. BTW Still waiting for a dock and it’s only one pallet SMH ?‍♂️. Good luck drivers
I’m saying it again please avoid this place.

Guess there are good and bad days around here, but I came on a Friday with a 10am appointment. Everyone was very nice, polite and professional.
Lumper service was great. Gate security was awesome and extremely friendly. Overall, today was a very pleasant experience here!

Make sure you have the PU # match up for an appointment, my first time here and this is my experience. At first, had a hiccup with the PU number matching up, but once that was cleared up I went to the check in and was confused on where to park to check in.. so I just parked ? ?‍♀️ be prepared to be here awhile? I was here for hours and they have lumpers to pay ? damn. They get paid that much? Fir reals?!

Sunday appt at 8am. Crew gets in at 8am so no early entry. Parked on street. Checked in receiving window at door 49 under green canopy. Got easy door 39 (Doors 31-38 a little more difficult to get around). Lumper. Exit at 1015am. I hear M-F is a little more busy.

I check in 10:49 for 11:30 Appt. 20 wait after getting door. Not enough space for dock 66&67.
Delivered dry load no lumper charges. Guy seemed nice. Start unloading right away. 1:30-2:00 for unloading.
