I’ve attempted to purchase drops of dough three times now on Postmates every time the cookies come with no ice cream in them but the ice cream melts and sit the bottom of the bag as a solid chunk. They look great in photos but you never get I mean never get what is advertised the ice cream melts out the inside of the cookies and settles at the bottom of the bag. It’s like they set them out in a heater and then put them in a freezer so the ice cream separates from the Cookies. Terrible terrible experience

Ordered a 21-pack at like midnight on Doordash and they arrived in like 30m. And they were DELICIOUS. Easily the best ice cream sandwich I've ever had. Not to sweet, somehow, which is usually the kiss of death for them. Highly recommend

I purchased your oatmeal chocolate chip ice cream cookies from DoorDash order #3B12F36D Sunday at 8:03PM. My ice cream cookie was crushed as a whole. The price was 18 bucks and I only was going to receive 5 dollars for the whole ordeal. If you can help me with my order, I would appreciate it, thank you

ordered through Postmates... got the package on Sunday but Saved it for my nephews and nieces till Tuesday only to find out they were only six of seven sandwiches in the pack so one of the kids didn’t get one and Uber Eats couldn’t do a thing to compensate due to the "48 Hour policy"

Update: dispite the negative situation that postmates ultimately made worse, their team ended up responding and offered to make it right regardless of postmates dumb policy. I appreciate their team for the offering a resolution and for being quick to respond. Thank you!! ☺️

Delicious ? have tried the oatmeal ice cream sandwiches 10/10 the brownie fudge ice cream sandwiches 10/10 the chocolate chip cookies ice cream sandwiches 10/10 and the birthday day cake ice cream sandwich 9/10 they’re delicious the perfect cookies ice cream it doesn’t crumble in you and it’s the perfect ice cream ratio and delivery was fast definitely me and my kids favorite will be ordering again ❤️
