This is my favorite store. The shoes here are very comfortable. I get over 20,000 steps a day and my feet never hurt. I wear the fuzz lined clogs year round. I especially like wearing them in the summer because no socks are necessary. Just slip them on and go.

I had a disappointing experience at CROCS. The customer service was very poor. The staff did not greet customers and talked among themselves while serving. They also charged me for a bag, even though I didn't take one. I'm not overly concerned about the 5 cents, but their behavior towards customers needs to improve. I spent $87, so I expected better customer service .Thanks

Very positive experience, I called the store to see if they had a crocs echo aloe color in my size. They did and the employee Javid set it aside for me, and I picked it up an hour or so later.

I brought my nephew to return his naruto crocs despite printing a return slip to be returned to a crocs retail store. Crocs notifed us that it will be returnable in store. I showed up & they said nothing could be done about the return. I don't understand how this store is a crocs store but cannot return online items. Unacceptable

The Afternoon or closing shift manager seems to me was his first week or something.
I was told if I’d like a bag. I said yes, turns out I had to pay for the bag, $2.99 or $3.99. Totally not cool, and given that I spoke to the cashier young lady as soon as I could, a line started to form so she had me await on the side, promising to give a return. After three customers worth of wait. She then comes to a shock as the manager wouldn’t let her or himself give me the return. I was extremely polite about the topic yet he simply said he just can’t, so I asked if it were that simply why have me wait as your closing the store , since the Mall itself was closing. Manager dude seemed with purple short hair about 5’10. Since he neglected to give me his name Even Though He Was Wearing a Name Tag! I asked around for his not a single employee helped. I’m only writing because he gave me no valid reason for not returning the bag as the cashier herself seemed willing to do so,
But her herself asked me “you could have asked if the bag has a price”
Knowing she’s hosting me and your “manager” announcing the store is closing I felt like jumping in the line and leaving with my two pairs.
Quite disappointed with such staff ; I’ll figure their names later when I revisit for an extra pair ;
Please & thank you

The store manager is rude and impolite. We bought a pair of crocs for my daughter and wanted to exchange just the size 2 days after purchasing it. He said there is juice at the sole! My kids do not even drink juice. It’s probably their floor which is dirty. It should be carpeted so such claims are not put on customers. We had to keep the wrong size of crocs unfortunately. Very bad customer service. Never buying crocs from this store again. Posted by SV.

Definitely gets crowded and they will have u standing out the store online until ppl leave, very hard for u to find someone to help you. For all the customers they get they need to consider hiring more ppl for them to help on the floor.

First and last time i come to this location. The associate helping us was not capable to help us. Constantly confusing us with the shoe sizing. She had very little patient and kept raising her voice when we asked for help. She was very rude. When it was time to check out i requested to speak to the manager. It ends up being the lady “helping” us was the manager. Managers are the role models associates should follow. The lack of leader ship is shown by who manages this store. I truly am disappointed from this experience. Communication skills and leadership lacks here.
