As the saying goes, if I could give zero stars, I would. I've purchased two firearms from this place, bought several holster, magazines and ammo but decided today that I will never support this business. I brought a quality pistol in today to see what I could get for it. They didn't want it, and I was perfectly fine with that. They offered to consign my pistol for 20% and I simply stated that was a little high, knowing this pistol could easily sell for $2000, considering it cost $3000 brand new. The guy seemed offended by my comment and sarcastically responded, " what makes you think i would want to sell your gun when I have more than enough of our own to sell?" Ummm? Maybe because I'm a customer? Maybe you hand me money for my gun and i turn around and hand it right back to you for some ammo or a rifle? Its called customer service, you know that thing that makes people want to buy from you. I looked around and realized I was the only customer in the store and had been for the entire time i was there. I then said, you must be the reason why your store is empty. Your customer service sucks. He looked frantic and responded that we sold lots of guns today. Well, you just stopped me from ever stepping foot in your store again. I wasn't offended that you didn't want to make me a fair offer on my pistol. I was actually disturbed by your ego and your total lack of customer service. For anyone new to the firearm game, do yourself a favor and shop around. Firearms can be expensive and I wouldn't trust someone who can't see beyond his own ego to help with that decision. By the way, the younger guy was a perfect gentlemen. The George Costanza looking guy is the one that should be selling washer and dryer combos at the scratch and dent.

Great and efficient service. The guys were very nice amd personable with out being too sale driven. Allowed me to browse amd then when I was ready completed my order. I am sure I will be back. Very good selection.

went with 500 and remington 1100. With 2 barrels. was going to by a taurus raging. hunter 357. ask for an estimate on the shotgun to see what they would give me for a trade in. come back, told me 250 bucks. Turned around and walked out of that place, I was like a slap in the face.

I walked in first about a week ago, and said i was looking into my first ar. Instantly Craig I believe his name was, greeted me and starting giving me some really good information on brands to steer away from for how much I would be using the rifle, why certain parts are better then others, and even let me to youtube pages for more info on builds, brands, reviews, training and more. With this information in mind I went back in today and decided to pull the trigger on the rifle I held and took a liking too when I talked with Craig. I did not catch her name, but a middle aged women helped me today with the paper work / buying process and it was honestly the easiest process I've had inside a store in a while. Easier than getting my drivers license lol. She was very friendly, and went above and beyond to make the experience one to remember.
