These guys are criminal. I paid $2.50 for a oatmeal pie when the sign was marked $1.25. They are not returning calls or offering any way to contact them. They left the system abandoned in our office for nearly a year. The machine did not work but it accepted money. When they finally came out they threw out the food and drink. At no point have they made right on ANY refunds. These guys are the definition of SUCK for vending companies. Avoid at all costs!

This company went weeks without filling vending machines up multiple times. Several phone calls before someone would come out. Prices continued to increase from when they took over our previous vendors. Nothing but trouble out of their service. They have since stated that they were taking out machines out due to not making much money. It's hard to make money when the machines stay empty for weeks at a time!!

First off the delivery people, caterers, and service people are great (previously Frank's vending) However 5 star just took this company over a few months ago. They have in that short time gotten rid of many people that had worked with the company many years, and brought in some terrible food since. The prices have also almost doubled. It would be a 1 or lower if it weren't for the delivery people. I will post a picture of the so called sandwiches when I get a chance .

Have them at my job and prices are ridiculous. They have two different vending stations, one in the employee break room and one in the front office. Price for a 20oz soda in the break room is $2.79 while the front office is $1.75.

I DONT GET WHERE THEY GET FIVE STARS FROM CAUSE THIS COMPANY TAKES NO PRIDE IN THEIR PRODUCTS OR SERVICE. WE HAVE HAD CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH THIS VENDING COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT WORK TO MAKE THE BUSINESS BETTER. OUR MACHINES EITHER STAY EMPTY OR ARE STOCKED WITH OUTDATED FOOD. THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

Seldom do they come to refill the machines and when they do they dont refill everything. So getting it to take a dollar bill is usually a no go since its it full and has no change.
