I've never used a delivery service before. Let me say hands down the best experience I've had. The employee that took my order was so nice and gave me excellent customer service along with recommendations to what I was looking. I also liked the cash or card option so I didnt have to leave the house. The communication between me and the driver was good as well. Called me a head of time so I has able to have everything ready for them. Thank you Norcanna for your business, you'll definitely be hearing from me again!

Love Norcanna!! I get deliveries often, and I never have an issue. Dealing with other dispensaries was iffy - would my order ever arrive So once I found Norcanna, I stuck with them!! Staff is friendly and professional down the line, plenty of communication to know when to expect the delivery driver, and they are fast. Amazing staff, top quality customer service and knowledge from both drivers and phone ordering. The drivers are always wearing a mask and very respectable and discreet. I love the personal recommendations I can get from the drivers and when ordering on the phone! I’ve ordered from Norcanna several times, and their staff has always been so informative, patient, and helpful in facilitating my orders for delivery. Specifically the Norcanna Agent Hailey has assisted me more than a couple times when I’ve called in and she has helped me find the perfect pre-roll packs for my needs and budget each time I called. Her personal knowledge and experience with the product is what makes her suggestions more dependable. I’ve always enjoyed every purchase I’ve made because of her suggestions and how smoothly she made the process for ordering. Not to mention, she has always helped me coordinate with the delivery drivers too by adding notes in the delivery instruction. I highly recommend Norcanna if you’re within their delivery zones. They also allow for payment via bank transfers, which can be a godsend if you don’t have cash on hand.
