Arrived 2 hrs early for my appointment, unloaded and gone in 30 minutes. The backing isn’t all that bad, at least today it wasn’t. Plenty of room to flip around and back in on the drivers side. I wish all my loads went this easy.

1800 appointment time , 3 1/2 hours to get loaded , yes staff is nice and polite….. the hours listed online aren’t correct, if you’re trying to dock during the day it might be a headache, make sure the trailer is clean!!! Sweep it out, make sure nothing it’s wrong with it ,because they will be hand placing boxes of chips directly into the trailer floor ,they will deny you if something is wrong with your trailer or because of dirt, save yourself the headache clean it out.

Appointment only, don't show up too early.
Park on the street and walk in.
Small lot, not much room for U turns.
Great staff inside!
Portable bathroom is available for drivers.

Best to back in from the street unless you are in a daycab. Can be challenging to get into the dock depending how many employee's cars are in the parking lot. Usually takes at least 3 hours for a live load once you get docked. Don't miss your appt and I've never had any luck coming early.

The driveway is right before the signal light it distribution way what I did was made a right on distribution way went down and made a u-turn come back to 4th Street and backed in the driveway there is no room to turn up big truck around so it's best to back in off the street if you do it the way I said you don't have to come in from your Blind Side. Also there's a sign in the window if you have problems backing the trailer in they will do it for $25
