Both of the pepper jelly and BBQ sauce products are a staple in our house. The pepper jellies are an absolute must-have for any grazing plate, charcuterie spread, or entertaining event. The jelly is delicious on fish cakes, Mexican food, over a soft cheese, just to name a few ideas. Both products work well as part of a marinade for grilling and crock pot meals. Delicious products, both the pepper jellies and the BBQ sauces. Our favorites are the original roasted pepper jelly and the blueberry pepper jelly. My nephew in Germany LOVED the jalapeno pepper BBQ sauce I brought him on my recent visit. I'll need to bring more bottles next time I visit!
