As a garden centre, as in it sells plants etc for gardens, it does well at it. Whilst looking around the place we noticed it doesn't seem to supply house plants. Overall the place was muddled, outside you have your typical garden centre paraphernalia inside it seems to be a art display of everything else. I kept getting the impression if I picked anything up it would ruin the display. I couldn't see any gaps where someone might have purchased something. (check the huge number of photos I've uploaded).

The disabled parking bays are neatly aligned around the entrance, but as the exit is further along the building they aren't so convenient after all.

The look of consternation of seeing me by one of the staff was frightening, made me feel that I shouldn't even have been allowed through the doors.

The customer toilets were currently undergoing renovation. So there was one toilet only available and some of the staff wanted to use them too, very limiting. Very inconvenient.

The cafe? Restaurant? Has been upgraded with proper meals, but the furniture is still antisocial. The majority of chairs still are bare wooden seats, I'm guessing they don't want too many people hogging them for too long.

The only saving grace to this visit is the serving staff and the chefs, cooks etc as the meals were well cooked and the servers excelled. We were shocked to find there wasn't a big rush to get to the dinners, in fact 5 minutes after they started serving there was a big exodus from those presumably just in for coffee & cakes etc. Noticed the place is also very popular for mums and youngsters.

Not a place we'll be visiting very often.

PS my mum didn't like the decking with her Walker, also one of the slopes very minor though it was made my mum unbalanced.

Note the photo of the entrance from the other side saying NO EXIT as of today 22/10/2020 has been viewed over 2.8 million times, who would have thought it.

This year, Willow Brook has been the STAND OUT garden centre in a 70 mile radius for plants. TOP JOB!!!
I love seeing this garden centre flourish, with great products throughout, new lines in artisan food and unusual gifts, but this year in particular, most of my families plants have come from here, right on our doorstep. Better in variety, quality and price. Love that there's a fruit shack on site, too. Now if you can just give me a nudge when your Carolina Sweetheart Tree is reduced, I'll be down like a shot!

Great place. Love the restaurant they have so many options although I don’t think it fair they charge extra for milk alternatives it comes to £4.25 just for a £3.79 latte am disappointed about that.

Had a walk around the garden centre shop and nursery and found d the plants to be healthy and not priced too high. Bought a few bargains we wanted and then stopped off at the restaraunt. The restaurant was super with the food being freshly cooked and very reasonably priced. The bbq meat feast pizza on sourdough was delicious.
Will definitely visit again.

Garden centre ...well stocked and attractively presented....cafe awful.
...Food was very poor, ciabatta with virtually no filling, soggy lettuce and tomatoes out of date.....scampi and chips totally unacceptable....four pieces of scampi and
stale chips, peas yellow .infortunately left a lot of our food ...prices extortionate for quality...
..staff not very happy which says a lot ...will not be visiting cafe again ....disappointing as we were regular visitors and nice experience.

Really nice place, today was the first time we'd been here and I have to say I was really surprised at how big it was, plants look well looked after and price seemed to be on a par with other garden centres. The down side really was around the fact there was a lot of equipment just lying around in Isles making it difficult to get around in a few places. But apart from that a really pleasant visit, we will definatly be going back soon.

2 hot chocolate drinks and 2 small shortbread biscuits was £15.
The hot chocolate was not stired properly and there were bits on the top and a lot of residue at the bottom.
Price does not include a a smile from the rather disinterested server.
Shame because there is a nice ambience in the conservatory.

Lovely garden centre. First time visit. Independent (I think). Compact but has everything big chains have. Good quality plants, gifts, foods etc etc and nice little cafe to boot etc. Farm shop/ greengrocers right next door too - very useful.
