Popped in for breakfast before shopping..
First impression, so clean, young man behind counter, although serving someone else, made eye contact and said hello.
Order taken quickly, drinks served in a couple of minutes, followed not long after by our food.
Breakfast was delicious, great products, perfectly cooked and great value .
We will definitely be eating here again, thank you

I had such a fantastic experience with Blackbrooks on Bexhill Road due to James and Sue being incredibly helpful and friendly - nothing was too much! They helped me buy a BBQ and can’t wait to use it, thanks again both ?

This review is about a product- the box of seed called "wildlife seed shaker Eco Box - vintage blue. This claims to have 15 g of seed and 190 g of bran carrier. "Contains 18,000 seeds " says the box. I distributed the contents, as instructed, but found very few seeds at all -3 or 4 perhaps. it was a box of like dried petals or sepals. I am a keen gardener and watched over the beds where they were sown, in spring, but no seedlings have appeared. I am aware some seeds are the size of dust particles- but I would expect more visible seeds. Expensive dust!
I originally gave Black brooks one star. They refunded my money for the seeds so I have altered it to 4 star. Thanks Blackbrooks.

Plants unkept outside no excuse for staff not picking up and making presentable as they were just basically doing very little the plants were in a bad way and very expensive for the poor condition of them its such a shame to see the neglet

A young man served me in the cafe and he was the sweetest soul imaginable didn’t catch his name but must have been around 18-19,
Ordered an iced latte and was ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC will be returning 🙂

Fantastic garden centre with plenty of choice and well laid out,as well as a good resteraunt.Also I must make a point that also made it so fantastic.I needed a bit of advice and asked a chap called Ean.I can't say I've ever met someone so helpful.He went out of his way to give me advice on how to look after the plants I had brought.He was a credit to this company,and I can only give him the highest praise.So look out for him if you need advice.You can't miss him,a big chap with a beard.

On two occasions I have arrived to shop and have lunch on my first visit I arrived at 5 minutes past 2pm only to be told no hot food just cakes after 2pm. Second time I arrived early for lunch to be told no hot food due to staff shortage even though there website says open for lunch till 4pm.
Very disappointing.
