stood at the dock for unloading, started unloading 22 pallets, another car arrived with 2 pallets, they stopped unloading me, they said that there were only 3 pallets, and I have 22 pallets, angry

Why can't you just give us a number for the scalehouse so drivers could call for info. The 0600 number only takes you to a directory for other plants and I was spamming extinction numbers try to talk to someone. I don't want to show up with a heavy load just to be turned around because I couldn't call to see if they would except my moisture count.

Seems like a nice place but very unprofessional how the day time sup. Logan always leaves way for anyone else does and is always just in the parking lot talking to everyone instead of doing his job.

Having to wait on a dang train because they choose to unload at 7:30 in the morning when everyone is heading to school and work. Not a good time to be unloading a train. This is REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
