I've sent a lot of people to buy guns here . (James Melby) is extremely intelligent when it comes to weapons choice. I have to express my concern that he was removed from the gun counter. He is a people person and a great guy all around its why I've continued to buy guns there and send people there knowing he takes care of me and anyone else I send him. Sales isn't easy James was able to compare their products with a needs assessment to build value in what benefits the customer the most.. ** not by what makes the most money.

I went there for the first time since moving to Ozark AL ten months ago. I was looking for a compost pitchfork. I asked the man at the register if they had one. He promptly told me what aisle and location I could find it. Sure enough, they had plenty of them. No box store or Walmart had any. Not even Tractor Supply had it. Thank you, Farm Systems .And by the way, great looking store. I'll be back soon.

These guys really take care of their customers, they earned my business for life today. Better selection of firearms than anyone else within 50 miles that I've found, and some really decent people running the place. Highly recommend!

If Farm Systems here carries it, I buy it here, NO WHERE else and for this reason: customer service. Phone calls answered and someone will get you an answer.
Now, as to the Gun Counter: I routinely buy ammo and if they have, I buy here. Recently bought a $1000 shotgun; have used FFL transfer three times. But for the life of me, why James Melby isn’t posted there, to serve as many as possible, I can’t understand. 41 years in our great Army, collecting and repairing and restoring 100s of firearms along the way, I’ve known some broadly knowledgeable gunsmiths and gun enthusiasts, but I must be frank here: no one surpasses the breadth and depth of firearm knowledge in James Melby in my opinion, and certainly not in this Tri-state area. When I go in to consider a gun purchase, I ask for James Melby; you should to.
