Paid online on a Friday. The following Wednesday, I get a text saying my policy had been canceled due to non-payment, so I called the number that was included in the text. I explained my situation to the the (grumpy) lady who answered the phone, and offered her my payment confirmation number, but she said she said that was useless because she didn't have any way to look it up, and that I'd have to call the billing department. When I asked for that number, she said she didn't have it and I'd have to find it myself. Great representative you have there! 👍 I've been with you over 5 years, but this is my last month of using Mark Khoury as my agent.
