Amazing customer service and knowledge on their job. Coming from another city because of their reviews and couldn't had been happier. Although we were running late, they worked with us and greeted us professionally and courteous. I explained the issue my mower had and although it was past closing time they never rushed me and were genuine to help. 2 days later I get call saying mower was ready. They seriously have the best interest for the customer. Fast work. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend bringing your mower to them.

It all started off well enough they had good professional phone etiquette...I tell them I don't want my mower to sit in the yard for weeks as they tell me they are 2 weeks behind so I start a ticket and ask for a call when I'm next...2 weeks go by and no call. I call them and they can't seem to find my ticket...when they finally do...he comes back and tells me I'm next and to bring it in, so I do...2 more weeks go by and no call so I call and ask about the status of the repair and I'm told I'm next. ~ 2 more weeks and the 600+ repair is complete ~ 6 weeeks after first contact. First time out mowing after 3 new spindles installed the blade bolt shears. I call and say hey the blade bolt sheared is it covered I only mowed with it one time...the guy tells me I must have hit a root and was non committed to making it right and that it would be 2 weeks...I was not going to go through that song and dance with them again and I set out to get the sheared bolt out myself which I was successful at doing (small victory) I was giving this outfit the benefit of the doubt until I found in this whole process they used the same bolts from the old spindles which were clearly worn and slightly stretched, they also put worn felt washers (I don't know the name of the washer but it's supposed to have a lip around it) back on the blades after I clearly ask them to do whatever is needed to get it ready for another season. More than 600.00 and new spindles but used components of the the old spindles that were worn out is poor practice and shoddy work, and the result was one use....I don't mind paying for good work but this was a poor job...I should have done it all myself this was a bad experience.

Took my mower in for an issue it was having. Brent and his guys made sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond my expectations and made it right even when they didn't have to. I will definitely be a customer for life and will spread the word to anyone looking for good service or a great equipment.

Stopped by to ask for help, identifying a broken part on my mower engine. Even though they don't sell my brand, they were extremely helpful finding part numbers and giving advice. I really appreciated the great attitude and recommend them for your ourdoor power needs.

Took my mower in for a deck belt. I was told at that time there is something that is causing the belt to squeal. I said it is an old belt and just replace the deck belt. After about a week I get a call from Fueled and was told the mower needs a deck belt and a radius arm assembly. He further stated that was what the cause of the belt squealing.. I asked how much and he stated $107.65 for the radius arm and $100.55 for the belt. I told him to go ahead and replace both. I also told the individual I wanted the old radius arm. When I get the call that the mower was ready I asked what was the total. I was advised the total was $316.16, a lot more than the $208.20 I thought it was gonna be. I was told I never asked how much the labor would be. When I picked up the mower I was quoted the bill as being $316.16. I ran my credit card through and paid the bill.
I drove around back to get my mower. After the individual loaded the mower I saw the old radius arm assembly and belt. I asked where did the radius arm go on the mower. He pointed to the location and said "that's why your belt kept jumping off". I advised the belt never did jump off the pulleys, it was just squealing. He then said " also causing the belt to squeal it's an inherent problem with this model." When I got home I looked at the bill and see that the total bill was $325.64 and not $316.16. I was charged a service fee of $9.48 for paying the bill with my credit card. of which I might add was never told there was a charge for using the credit card. I was even charged $10.00 for shop materials and $5.00 for environmental. I'm not advising anyone what to do, but fueled outdoors will never see a dollar from me again. I'm not a mechanic, but I cannot see how the radius arm assembly has anything to do with the belt slipping. After inspecting the used radius arm assembly, I will admit the four bushings were worn but why wasn't the bushings replaced instead of the whole assembly?

Very good small engine repair shop. Today walked in just as they opened, everyone was wearing a smile and greeted me(which I love as a customer). The service department had a pretty quick turnaround time and had my chainsaw fixed before i had time to miss it. I never have to call and check on equipment to see if it's being fixed, and if i do call to check its because my voicemail is full and i missed their call. The service writters/parts guys are an awesome group upfront and take good care of their customers. The service writter Howie was on top of everything and had an answer for every question I asked. This shop should be the standard on how to run a small engine repair shop.
