My cousin and I were referred by a friend, and she was spot-on! We walked in expecting a bar that served food, but to our delight, this is a restaurant that has a bar! Delectable choices! We chose two appetizers to share instead of entrees. We chose Poutine, (Canadian dish of potato fries with cheese or gravy), which also had shredded melt-in-your-mouth roast beef on top. Our second shareable was roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon and candied walnuts, NOT typical bar food! We WILL return to try their other mouth-watering selections! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Tried this restaurant last week for the first time. Was not expecting such large portions, but I'm definitely not disappointed. The food was great, and so was the service. We will definitely be back to try more of their selections.

The atmosphere here is taking an old building and adding a modern feel to it. The whitewashed bricks and wood accents make a warm and welcoming feeling.

I ordered the Lobster Rangoons ($14), which have a mango hot sauce, mango-pineapple slaw. These were very tasty take on a Rangoon. I also ordered the Grandma's Pot Roast ($21). This has beef gravy, garlic yukon gold mashed potato, candied carrot, and sweet cornbread. I very much enjoyed the pot roast. It was very tender and tasty. The mashed potatoes were top notch and I normally don't like carrots, but these were good. The one negative was the cornbread. It was dry and just not tasty, they need to go back to the drawing board and try another recipe. One if the people I was with ordered the Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich ($14). This normally has smoked pulled pork, creamy dill coleslaw, pimento cheese spread, haystack onion, BBQ, on a brioche bun. However my sister just wanted it plain with only the bbq sauce. She stated it was a little dry, but with the Bbq sauce was good. She had also asked that her fries come out hit and fresh. They were only lukewarm, however she asked for fresh fries and they did bring some. The other person I was with ordered the Traditional Burger ($13). This is a 1/2lb all beef patty served with lettuce, tomato, onion, house kettle chips & pints’ onion dip. This was cooked perfectly to a Medium Rare and was stated to be excellent.

The service was friendly. He brought me refills for my drink and fixed my sisters fries issue. My only slight complaint is they don't give a paper bill. They just hold their machine and show you your total. I don't like that.

Overall a 4 1/2 star review. Since I need to round I'll round up, because I feel it deserves a 5 more than a 4. Would I return? Absolutely, if I lived in Muskegon it would be a once a month visit minimum.

I never leave negative comments concerning a restaurant nor dining experience. However, I felt it very important to share my experience on last evening. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated very rapidly, which I was impressed with for Saturday night.

I was with my 16-year-old exchange student and I am a 47-year-old woman. Initially, the server kept refusing to speak to me. She kept addressing my exchange student who could not understand the questions she was asking. So I would respond on her behalf. My student simply would look at me, shake her head, and point her head in my direction. The server still refused to speak directly with me, even though I continued responding on her behalf.

Finally, I simply asked. Can you just speak to me? She does not understand everything that you're asking .

We ordered the lobster rangoons as an appetizer, and then two entrées, ( The mac & cheese with chicken and bacon & the pot roast with all the trimmings.)

Prior to ordering, I asked the server what were her top selling Items? Her response was sandwiches burgers and pizzas. There were over eight items listed in each category, and so specifics would've been a great help to understand what would be best for first timers, on the menu.

For the most part, most of the reviews were great so we just tried anything on the menu. The food came out rapidly and we were impressed with this. When I received the pot roast dinner that I purchased, everything looked normal . However, underneath the gravy, was a plate full of the fat that was un trimmed from the roast. I tried to overlook this and maybe even eat around it, but I had a plate full of beef fat. So I didn't eat at all after the first bite.

Thereafter, at the end of the dining experience, I had not eaten any of my entree. The server asked if I wanted to carry out , clearly I responded "no" because I did not want to complain. Again, the server came around and asked how the bill was going to be paid ? She went back to addressing my exchange student and not speaking with me again. This was the most bizarre thing I could've ever experienced. I just was not understanding where the communication gap was. You can see that she and I are speaking only in another language and I am translating. What is the real issue ?

After asking for my entree of $21 that I did not eat, to be removed from the final bill, the manager came out to assist. He was very friendly and helpful and removed the food that I did not eat from my bill.

I paid and STILL INCLUDER GRATUITY , as an act of kindness. But, vowed to myself that I would never return to this establishment again because I have never felt so degraded nor humiliated in my life.

It's important to give important feedback in this type of work as this is what I do for a living. In this manner, the staff and ownership so can know that everyone's experience is not perfect or that there is room for improvement.

I'm assured that everyone's experience can be adjusted , if a reasonable accommodation is provided.

I took my mom to Pints & Quarts for Mother’s Day this morning, and even though the doors hadn’t opened yet, there was already a line of people waiting to get in—which says a lot about the place!

Despite the crowd, the staff handled everything with total professionalism. They kept things moving quickly and stayed upbeat and friendly the whole time. Our server, Jade, was fantastic—super attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect for us.

And of course, the food was amazing, as always. Pints & Quarts never disappoints. Great job to the whole team for making a busy day feel smooth and special!

WOW! Fantastic brunch!

Service: 5/5 excellent

Would I return: definately yes!

We came here for brunch and drinks. Our server was excellent. It was my first time here so I asked alot of questions about their signiture drinks and specials. She was very patient and offered good recommendations.
I ordered the Mimosa flight and the French toast sticks. The rest of my group ordered: the fully loaded bloody mary, the brusheta, chicken and waffles, the tiajuana bowl, pints tostadas, and the pints platter. My husband has dietary restrictions  so i asked that all the sauces in his Tiajuana bowl be on the side. His order came out perfect with all the sauces on the side. He was very pleased with the breakfast which is a testament to how good the food was prepared, because he is the pickiest eater i know. I would definatly come back again.

Went in for lunch 15 minutes after opening & it felt like my presence for food interrupted employee gossip time & was an inconvenience to the staff who had no one else in the restaurant to wait on. Decided to stay & try the food because most of the reviews say it’s good, but I should’ve heeded the warning from a couple employees at a nearby restaurant & just not gone. While everything looked delicious, the lobster rangoons tasted like they were fresh from a microwave & the burger was overcooked & not as ordered (medium). The chips that came w/ were inedible. Maybe it was an off day, but I don’t need to return.
