I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! They fixed my daughter’s sunroof after a piece of metal came crashing through it from a passing Semi on the highway. They were incredibly fast, affordable, and friendly—everything you hope for when dealing with car repairs. Joe is the kindest, compassionate man I’ve had the pleasure to come across in a long time. I live in Oregon but came here to help my mom with serious medical issues and to find her Hummer. She remembered she had it towed to a mechanic but she’s dyslexic and thought it was at CJ auto. After initial panic we discovered it was at JC. Absolutely amazing customer service, above and beyond what a normal repair shop would do. Kara kept me updated of the repair process, and it was a very smooth, minimal effort on my part. Highly recommend among the options in Cache Valley. Joe the owner did a great job helping me figure out all the headache of insurance as well, overall very effective, efficient and friendly team. All employees were happy to answer any and all of my questions. If the need ever arrives, we will be coming back, no doubt in my mind.

I appreciate the staff at JC Auto. This is the second time I’ve had them do an undercoat on my vehicle, and once again, they delivered excellent service. They were honest and upfront about the price, as well as the time it would take to complete the job and get my vehicle back to me—which I really appreciated. The undercoat turned out great. JC Auto was a pleasure to work with. I needed a repair done ASAP and they were able to get my car in and repaired within 4 days! I was impressed with Joe and his staff. They were kind and friendly. They offer towing which was very convenient for us when we got rear ended nearby. Very professional, kind, and proficient people! They made sure the insurance company paid for every dime and did excellent quality work. They also had a great loaner car we were able to use the entire time our car was in the shop. And I really liked their online system for quickly checking the status of the repair at any time.

Our car felt brand new when we got it back—they went the extra mile to carefully detail the car, getting it vacuumed and washed. Runs great. Very impressed and would definitely use again!
