Ordered online for pickup today. (Mother’s Day) Expecting it to be extremely busy, so saved myself the hassle. I walked in to the pickup area and one of the employees asked if I was there for pickup I said yes. She said I needed to get in line. The line was almost out the door of people buying items not picking up. I understand it’s busy, but what’s the whole point of being able to order for pickup if I still have to wait 35 minutes in line.

If standing in line is pointless, they should tell you that and remove the LINE STARTS HERE sign, had I known it was based on who turns in the form with the charm list first and has nothing to do with waiting in line, I would’ve turned it in to someone walking around the store rather than waiting in line and being passed over…

Having been a James Avery fan and buyer since 1965, I was remiss that I hadn’t been in the Terrell store. So I drove up about opening time this week and wanted to get my JA Mission cross cleaned while I shopped the store for the first time. The “manager” told me I’d have to leave it for a day.
That has never happened.
Usually staff is happy to accommodate while I shop. A good way to encourage shopping I’d think. But not this one. So I declined and left. Never to return.
Disappointed.

I came to get a custom charm put on my bracelet & get other jewelry polished. immediately when I came in the employee’s were not welcoming. I told the employee my needs & she proceeds to help me very sarcastically, many unnecessary comments were made. I return the same week because my charm was scrapped when getting placed & upon telling him my concerns he proceeds to say there’s nothing they have nothing that cause that as he takes my bracelet to the back while shaking his head with a bad attitude. It’s like pulling teeth asking these employees to help you in anyway.. Worst experience I’ve had at James Avery. Very unfortunate that this is my local store. 0 stars.

Cathy is extremely rude and disrespectful. She grabbed the bag after I asked for them to be wrapped individually and put them in one bag and then tossed it on the counter and said “that’s it” the older lady with glasses and curly hair is who helped me and she is super nice.
