After a very unpleasant and time wasting experience at the fulton county title office the day before, and the lady saying there was an issue with the paperwork and telling us we had to go over an hour away back to the dealer to get it fixed, we looked over our paperwork, and saw no issue that we were aware of, and decided to go here to get our title and plates done. It turns out we were right. There was no actual issue with the paperwork, and the ladies in Bryan's office were not only able to process our title transfer, plates, and registration, but they were also extremely pleasant to work with, helpful, and efficient. We were in and out quickly, and they also went above and beyond, seeing we had overpaid the out of state tax, and letting us know she'd send out a letter on our behalf. We could not have been happier with our experience, and will definitely be going here for titles and registration the next time we have the need. It's nice to see they still have people so helpful, pleasant, and willing to not only do their jobs, but do them well, and even go above and beyond. That's becoming increasingly rare to see these days. Thank you ladies for the great experience we had with this process.

I had to drive all the way from Waterloo Indiana about 45 minutes when finding the office and getting there I found them to be out to lunch I understand that everyone has to take a break from work and who wouldn't want an hour for lunch, I had no problem with that I waited 20 minutes, right at the Clock they opened the door, I was able to go in and speak with a lady tell her what I needed for a lost title, they were more than Pleasant I found the townspeople that walk-in rude and UNwinnable ,surprise me I've been in Ohio a lot but this is one of the nicest title ,companies I've ever been to ,appreciate you telling me what to do and helping me so I could mail it back to you get the title out to me remember you can get a lot farther in this world if you're nice to people even if their grouchy you can turn the Grinch do a heart of gold, God bless PS I used different sign in name ladies will know me because I showed OFF my grandson

Out to lunch. 3 people work there, can you take different lunch times? Place filled up quickly. Entering the counter area they asked if anyone else was over there in the waiting area, I said it is full. Woman who just finished with a customer, went to her desk, had a drink or two, checked her phone. Just got back from lunch...... No sense of helpfulness. NONE. You will wait till I am ready. If I managed that place, there would be jobs open. zero stars wont work, had to give them a bone!

Didn’t realize they shut down completely at lunch. Had to wait for 40 mins to get in. Was not happy. I thought you were required to stay open? If you’re gonna do this then post your hours accordingly.
