A nice place to eat, most likely.

We came for drinks before meeting some friends for dinner elsewhere.

The beer list was pretty big, and rally samey. Over 20 taps and 11 of which were some kind of pale ale, add the typical domestics and lagers and there was maybe 2 beers that were of any interest to us. We got both of them, and they were nothing special.

So, is this an ale house? Yes. Is it a good place to grab beer if you prefer anything other than ale? Nope.

We did end up getting an app and that was delicious. I've heard the food is good here and I think I would agree. We were just disappointed by the beer menu but if you like IPAs this is probably a great place for you.

Amazing experience can’t wait to come back and try some other menu items, got the Italian beef egg rolls and they were fantastic. Great selection of beers on tap and a full bar as well. Nicholas is the man! 10/10 service,experience, food and drinks!

The food was great, very flavorful and large portions. The pricing is good too considering the quality and portion sizes. I absolutely loved their tomato bisque. I usually take pictures but once I tasted the food I immediately forgot to take pictures. 😁

Stopped for a Saturday late lunch after Special Olympics. My Reuben was excellent. My daughter loved her salmon sandwich. They had a great beer selection. Although they were busy (local hockey tourney), service was good and quick. Highly recommend.

I had Salmon Caprese it was presented elegantly and the fries were amazing. The balsamic marination of salmon hit really different and combination with mozzarella cheese was mind blowing. Highly recommended!! If you are fish lover even not just dare to do so… will love it!

I just hosted a staff party for 30 people at Emersons Ale House last Saturday. It was my first time there and, it most definitely will not be my last! I don’t often write reviews, but I absolutely had to write this one. The service was flawless, the food was delicious, the atmosphere and vibe was fun and friendly, I can’t think of one negative thing about our experience! This is a family run business so when you go there, you know the people who are running it care, and it shows in all the details and everything they do. Emerson’s is a really special place with a classic, casual Chicago vibe. Don’t forget to try the pulled pork sliders and the mac & cheese when you go! So much deliciousness!

Been there twice since June 2nd. For our wedding anniversary (we used disposable dishes) and today for Father's day(we had actual dishes and silverware as well). So the safety that is in place for the staff and customers is not overlooked at all. EXTREMELY happy about that! Impressed with staff, fast service, freshness and variety of cuisine. For having to eat outside, they make it a nice and friendly atmosphere.

My favorite part of Emerson's was the Service. Our server Rachel was very attentive and accommodating. Everyone else was really hospitable from the moment we walked in. The food was good, beer was Great. I really liked the Wings, the nachos were ok, the steak sandwich was ok. The prime sandwich was better.
