Received my Solar Made crystal today! The craftsmanship is great! Made in the USA! Protective delivery packaging was good. Delivery was fast and box was in very good condition. Bottom line-I love it! It's the perfect piece of jewelry for my South facing window! Be aware that if you have UV protective glass on the window it hinders the performance. Thank you SolarMade!

Solar Made did an amazing job of restoring one of their specialty products, a Solarts Windmill that we bought 38 years ago (that's right -- 38 years ago!). The windmill has tremendous sentimentality for us but needed an overhaul after being moved and lost in a storage box for years. The team at Solar Made was wonderful -- they understood it's value to us and did a super job, super fast. I can't recommend the people and product highly enough!

I had written an earlier review and complained that I had not received any communications from Solar Made other than the automated confirmation of my order. The day after I posted that review I received my product via USPS ground. The cable I ordered works a charm, and while I would have appreciated, a little better communications, the cable seems to be well constructed and fits well to my FA16-1200. Now if we only get some sunshine I will be able to test. My apologies to Solar Made for my impatience.

I had several questions regarding different size (watt) roll up panels and how they would work together. Every email I sent was replied to with patience and a ton of knowledge, and some ideas to help find the perfect set up for my needs. I then went to order online and ran into an issue of it showing a pretty pricey shipping, so I called. The rep ( Ian ) was super helpful and looked into the matter. He got the shipping down considerably and saved what could have easily been a lost sale. He was extremely professional, down to earth, and took the stress out of the purchase. So far this company has absolutely impressed me with their level of customer service and I am very much looking forward to doing business in the future, as well as sending more business their way. What a great company, both because of their great products, but also and especially because of their amazing customer service.
