Was hangry so ate my salad before remembering to take a picture of the food! It was all delicious! Staff was hustling and there were a handful of large groups in there when we ate there today.

I went to Island Fusion for a light lunch and to escape the heat!

I ordered the spam musubi, a side order of Mac salad, and a Mango lemonade. It was all fantastic! The musubi was made to perfection and even came with extra dipping sauce! The Mac salad was the perfect pairing to the musubi and the lemonade was exactly what I needed on a hot day. There was fun music playing and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. My order came out quick and I was able to relax while i enjoyed everything.

Food 10, service 10, music 10, this place is amazing. Huli huli chicken, beef teriyaki, and chicken katsu are incredible. Sides hold their own, Mac salad is the best I've had in the States. Fantastic value for amount of food.

I’ve been a regular here since 2023 and I can honestly say it’s one of the best spots in town! I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu and not once have I been disappointed. The food is delicious! the restaurant is very clean and always has good vibes. The owner always adds new things to the menu which is super nice! Overall great establishment and ownership. This is the type of place college students hang out and eat delicious food!

Maybe in the future I’ll try something else from the menu bc I didn’t love my food as much as I wanted to. For me the food was okay just not great. Good portion sizes. I ordered the chicken huli huli plate and a side of mac n cheese. I ordered through DoorDash and I’m not sure if the restaurant was very busy around 7:30pm when I placed my order but it told me 25 minutes total delivery. However the delivery driver was waiting at the restaurant for more than 20 minutes just for them to finish prepping the food. Restaurant was only 9 minutes away from me but it all arrived ice cold. The mac n cheese was good but I don’t like a whole bunch of seasoning in a mac n cheese. Kinda like when people season scrambled eggs, sometime you don’t need to bust out the onion powder the garlic powder the paprika the herbs the paprika etc to make a dish taste good. You can even visibly see the noodles swimming in all the seasonings. They do describe it as seasoned mac n cheese, so at least they give you fair warning. Kinda tasted like cajun seasoned mac. Tender noodles and very cheesy just over seasoned. Not nasty just not what I was feeling for. I wished they took some of those seasonings and added it to the macaroni salad instead bc it was very bland. Just mayonnaise and noodles barely any salt. The white rice was mushy texture and cold also missing salt. The chicken was tender and the sauce was really good though. Overall it was 3.5/5 for me.

This place is run by absolutely amazing people and the food is just amazing and they don't skimp on the portions, it's somewhere I'll definitely be returning to!
