I highly recommend this daycare. I had my two sons attend their school a while back before I decided to move to Jersey. The school had a homey feel that my kids instantly felt comfortable in and the teachers and director were easily accessible on the bright wheel app. Nick was especially helpful when I was searching for child care and I never felt like he’s was just trying to sell their school but instead he was genuinely trying to help me find a good fit for my family even if it wasn’t with them. I was not able to find the same kind of quality care in Jersey but thankfully my second child is now starting public school.

We have been so impressed and grateful for the team at LEN. They are thoughtful, highly responsive, responsible and, best of all, deeply committed and kind. When you have young children, pre-school becomes an extension of your home, and we couldn’t ask for better partners in this work than Saida (a PHD!!) and Nick, who understand the demands, worries and scheduling dance that is rearing kids intimately. Our children love them, Donna and Lily - my youngest (2.5yrs) runs to the door, excited to start another day at school. We love their approach to programming and how they socialize the children. Thankful to you all!

I cannot recommend LEN for quality childcare. My child attended for two years, and we frequently encountered negativity and disparity. Our pediatrician also expressed concern about specific situations at LEN.

As a new daycare, LEN's owners lack the necessary experience and education for effective care, which poorly impacts their staff. We were misled into thinking our child had behavior issues, leading to months of unnecessary consultations with doctors, therapists, and counselors. It turned out that the real issue was the daycare’s inadequate handling of situations. When we questioned the staff, we met with dismissive and defensive responses. We urge parents to avoid a similar distressing experience.
The most concerning issues include a lack of the basic understanding of early childhood education, negatively labeling children as bullies and aggressive, poor flexibility and understanding of a child's individual needs, unprofessional attitudes toward parents, dismissive management, and high staff turnover. Their lack of accountability makes it hard for parents to advocate for their children.

While LEN is clean, has the latest app, and is in a safe area with a large backyard, their deficiencies in ECE, specifically in social, cognitive, and emotional development, are deeply disappointing.
Avoid this daycare.

Additionally, publishing personal or sensitive information about a minor, regardless of its inaccuracy or exaggerations, is both unethical and unprofessional. To my points above, a reputable, accountable, and well-trained daycare would know better. Again, avoid this daycare.

Tired of making your kids a respectfully healthy lunch EVERY SINGLE DAY? Of course you are. Sick of all the teacher turnover and a total lack of consistency? It's enough to give you whiplash at some of these spots. Want a place to bring your little people that makes you and them feel good about the day ahead? We all do.

Well, look no further.

My now 4 year-old went to three different daycares before we found LEN two years ago. My 9 month old son joined her there about two months ago. It's a small, family oriented spot. Kids of all ages spend time together and apart, like in real life. My daughter is stupendous with babies, as a result. And the younger ones love learning from the older crew. They break off and do their own thriving, age appropriate activities, of course, but it really feels like a family.

You know those places that have postage stamp sized spots of astroturf for outdoor play? Often overlooking a parking lot or highway? Well, here they run around on an acre of land twice a day, marveling at wild turkeys, groundhogs, and bunnies. They plant gardens and fruit in the spring and summer. They ride bikes, kick leaves, catch worms. They only use screens for the occasional rainy day dance party or yoga, or for once-monthly movie nights. They bake, they play soccer, they sing. They learn baby sign language and some Spanish and French, depending on the caregivers. They laugh, they cry, it really feels like a family.

Have they had some employee turnover? Every place does. But I've only seen it once in two years. At another spot we tried, they blew through underpaid teachers every two months. The curriculum at LEN is engaging, thoughtful, inclusive. The owners are dedicated, kind, smart, hard working, and actually invested in the kids' well being. It's refreshing. Are there occasional incidents between the kids? It wouldn't be childhood without it. Are those situations handled appropriately? They are.

Both of my kids are genuinely happy. And that makes me happy. It’s such a relief when drop off and pick up are happy punctuations to the days. Do yourself a favor and let LEN feed your little ones good food and camaraderie, while you cut yourself some slack. Everyone will sleep better. And isn't that what we want most in these early days of childrearing? Sweet, sweet slumber.

This is a wonderful daycare! This daycare has wonderful directors and teachers that truly care about each individual kid and their needs. There are so many reasons why I love this daycare compared to others I have tried or visited. It fosters independent play as well as play with other kids with different ages. It has a big open outdoor space. Also, the daycare app allows me to see what my son did, what he ate, and when he napped.

My daughter has been at this wonderful daycare for 6+ months, and she has thrived. The staff is friendly and professional (and my girl adores them). The facility is brand new and complete with just about anything, including a beautiful large outdoor space. My girl comes home chattering about her friends, singing new songs and knowing suddenly all the colors and ABCs and what have you.. She's learned so much! Most importantly, she loves going there every day. The owners have done an excellent job with setting up this new daycare. I'd highly recommend it.

Little Eagles Nest is an amazing place. My nephew started attending recently and loves it. After looking at other daycare options, I knew this was the right place as soon as I walked in. They are very welcoming and the staff is wonderful, they are committed to providing a safe, clean, fun and loving environment.
